The Scottish Legal Aid Board administers the supply of legal aid funding for solicitors in Scotland.

 

John Pryde and Company are proud to be registered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board and are able to provide legal assistance to all those who qualify.

 

There are different eligibility requirements that can allow for funding to be made available in any particular case. You may qualify even if you are in full time employment.

Should you not qualify for Legal Aid we offer a competitive fixed fee pricing structure for all Summary cases so you know the cost of our professional services and there are no surprise charges.
